The entire ship smelled like weed, the passengers were out of control with being rude, and loud. Parties in the cabin hallways until 1 am. I spoke with guest services and security and no one seemed to care. We made spa appointments in advance and when we went there, they told us they moved our appointments . Then we got there and they were out of the seaweed wrap we booked and we had to get a

Karens ruined this trip for me accused of stealing their towel when i left the pool area to go eat. Other than that I was not aware they charge gratuity and it is mandatory. There was many undisclosed fees for drinks and dining. The service was fine I just did not like we could not tip what we thought was fair. But one of my family members basically stayed at the casino and they offered her a free

There were so many misses on the cruise that I don’t know where to start. Embarking was a nightmare, took forever and there was a lack of order and organization. I went with my 3 children ages 7-14 and husband. This was not a very family friendly experience(which is no fault of carnival, they cannot help who boards thier ships). There were large groups of obnoxious teenagers everywhere and every

This was our first experience taking a cruise. We was amazed at how the crew, from the loading, the dinner waiters, the room services ppl, and all the ones working with us were so very kind and helpful. We were so impressed with Septa, NiPutu, and Kundai with helping us with the dinner. They explained the menu thouroughly and were so sweet and kind. Our opinion, they were the best!! We also loved

A personal review of Venezia thus far: *Understaffed which is the biggest upset, but paying top dollar therefore it shouldn't be the guests concern. *Dirty- items left by rooms will remain there all day* Most staff, not all are not pleasant when dealing with * Food lines are long and very slow. 30-1hr for a burger! * Lines for other activities long and very slow* not

This cruise was horrible. The staff in the MDR were slow, not courteous to the point of bring brunt. Not warm and welcoming. Maybe overworked? It took 45 minutes to get bread. Forget about food. We left and went to buffet which serves same food!!On the buffet food was warm, or cold, never hot The lines were so slow. They upsell shots which I find tacky , and it is way too loud. Way too loud

Maybe it’s because our last cruise was on the Harmony of the Seas this ship was a bit disappointing. It’s a fairly new ship, so the surfaces and decor are all new and Venetian-esque, if that’s your thing. But it’s clear this was not a Carnival ship. The common areas felt crowded and cramped. When I first saw the Lido area I was like, “Is this it?”Walking through the Lido marketplace, the

I’ve been on 6 total cruises, 5 with Carnival. This is the biggest ship I’ve been on and the least fun. The total feel/layout is different from other Carnival ships. The “main theater” isn’t in the theater, but mid ship, deck 6 with some seats on 7 and 8. The actual theater is smaller than others and small compared to ship size. Our cabin was great - deck 15 balcony. It was a good view, and

First time in a long time on a CCL as we have been going on Princess. Now that the daughter wanted to join we booked this cruise about a year ago. The ship was beautiful. Our room on the 4th floor Harbor Family section was awesome. Having the convenience of the family lounge was huge but also just being able to walk down 1 flight of stairs to get off the ship was a huge plus as well. We hit up the

This was my family’s first cruise. Overall it was a good cruise. Kids had fun adults had fun. Service was good. Only reason giving 4 stars was the food. No taste pretty bland. Other than that was a blast. The staff were great , camp ocean was a plus, loved the casino and the shows. The thing 1 and thing 2 breakfast was really cool and the breakfast was good there also. We got to do a carnival
